Aizawl, March 13: The ongoing development works in Dawrpui Veng which is in the heart of the State capital city Aizawl were inspected today by a team of Ministers led by Health & Family Welfare Minister Lal Thanzara.
The inspection team of Ministers included two Cabinet Ministers- Finance Minister & Constituency MLA Lalsawta and Home Minister R. Lalzirliana, and Minister of State C. Ngunlianchunga.
PWD and UD&PA Department leaders and Local Council leaders put up their problems and needs to the Ministers during the latter’s inspection visits, and a discussion was held on the spots as to how steps shall be taken.
The Ministers inspected the ongoing construction of Flyover Bridge at Bazaar Bungkawn, Dawrpui Multi-Purpose Centre and Trauma Centre and discussed with the local leaders over how plans may be made further in order to prevent any double initiative and to make use of any possible buy neurontin online overnight amalgamation of initiatives.
The Ministers also inspected the proposed parking space for two-wheelers near Aizawl Civil Hospital and Milinium Centre. Plans were made for the same on the spot and UD&PA and PWD Department asked to take necessary action.
The Ministers also inspected the drainage system within the area of Aizawl Police Station and Civil Hospital and decided to take steps in order that the same may not cause problem to the people.
Besides inspecting the ongoing Vaivakawn-Bungkawng road construction, the Ministers made plans with the local leaders over extension of the roads within Dawrpui locality. They Ministers and the local leaders also had a look at the places within Dawrpui locality which are vulnerable to landslide and they accordingly made plans to prevent the same and to construct proper drainage.
